Oxidized Silver Lariat Necklace with Garnet Teardrops
This lariat necklace was built around a circular pierced hoop in sterling silver, textured to read as hand-forged rather than machine-finished. Round and pear-shaped garnets are bezel-set along the hoop and down the two lariat ends, their domed profiles chosen deliberately to suggest droplets rather than faceted gemstones. A matte finish covers the piece throughout, with oxidization worked into the crevices and pierced cutouts to give it the look of a worn, older object rather than a new one. The design was developed as a companion piece to a matching pair of earrings, sharing the same garnet stones so the two pieces read as a set. It suits someone drawn to symbolic, slightly gothic design language who wants a necklace with real presence rather than a delicate everyday chain.
Custom City Map Pendant in Gold with Diamond Markers
This round pendant reproduces a street map as fine engraved linework across a solid gold-plated silver disc, with the road lines darkened to stand out clearly against the polished gold surface. Two natural round diamonds are bezel-set directly into the map at two specific points the client wanted marked. Originally envisioned as an open cut-out design, the piece was adapted to a solid engraved background after production concerns about stability and castability in silver. The result is a wearable, personal map that reads clearly as a real place rather than an abstract pattern, suited to anyone who wants to carry a specific location with them every day.
