If I could give them 7 stars, I would! They helped me to create the "beyond-perfect" engagement/wedding ring to place on the finger of the single most important person in my life, and the piece is truly a fabulous expression of how beautiful she is and the depth and meaning of our relationship. Carrie (the designer) and Jewelry This accomplished this for us starting with nothing more than a vague idea for the ring and the multi-faceted symbolism I wished to incorporate in its design. From the very start, great communication with them and my designer; detailed, in most cases almost real-time (although it's through their internal messages board), with very helpful suggestions, examples, and orientation throughout the process, including the understanding of what could and could not work in the design, and what details would and would not be best for the overall finished product. Also, price-wise, they came in at less than half of what I had expected to pay for the piece, in spite of using the absolute highest-quality materials (upon which I insisted repeatedly, "price-is-no-object" style) and expert craftsmanship to fabricate it, as is now clearly evidenced on my beloved's ring finger. They are completely trustworthy insofar as how the payment structure and process works, and they will produce and ship your perfect piece of custom jewelry in a timely and cost-efficient manner. If you want to make the absolutely perfect piece of jewelry according to whatever most personal and cherished idea you have of the same, then go to Jewelry This; you won't be disappointed!

I cannot thank JewelryThis enough for handcrafting my husband’s wedding band. My husband is a huge baseball fan and he always said he wanted his ring to be a baseball theme. Thank you to Carrie who helped design it and make the perfect wedding band for him. Definitely recommend!!!

I had a custom sterling silver pendant made. It seemed promising, it wasn’t a difficult piece, but I asked for a taper and still received the piece not tapered. For what I paid, I expected seamless communication and my piece as described, especially with Al the back and forth and describing that the line circling the main piece should taper toward the end not just abruptly stop. I waited long enough and decided to keep it and file it myself. If not for the missing detail, it would have been perfect. I will order from them again, but now that I know their process I will make sure they confirm each of my requested changes twice. They also only provided me with a hand sketch of the piece. I think they should render images of custom pieces so you know what you’re getting exactly. I suppose with chat GPT maybe that won’t be as much of a concern.
