However, we do have certain policies in place to ensure that all custom jewelry designs adhere to our values of inclusivity, diversity, and respect.
The following designs are not allowed:
1. Designs that violate copyright or trademark laws: Any design that uses copyrighted logos or materials, or that violates trademark laws.
2. Pieces that contain sexually explicit images or designs
3. Designs that promote hate or discrimination: Any design that incites hatred against, promotes discrimination of, or disparages an individual or group on the basis of their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization.
We reserve the right to refuse to design or produce any design that we deem inappropriate or offensive, based on our sole discretion. We believe that custom jewelry design is a collaborative process, and we work closely with our clients to ensure that their vision is brought to life in a way that is both beautiful and respectful.
All transactions are processed automatically and securely and are available on a 24/7 basis.
Prices are determined by the level of complexity of the jewelry design, as well as the type and number of gemstones used and the type and weight of the metals used.
You can make your payment with any major credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) or with PayPal, via our payment system. For high-value items, you can also pay via bank transfer to save the credit card fee. Please mention this in your order if this is your preferred method.
Once we have created your Jewelry piece , there are no refunds as the design was created just for you and cannot be re-shelved or restocked. Please remember that we let you ‘see’ your jewelry before we have even produced it by using a photorealistic render. Therefore, there should be no surprises and the jewelry piece should match the design approved by you. We are very confident that you will be satisfied with your final piece.
