Incredible Opportunity for 3D Jewelry Designers Everywhere!

We’re very excited and pleased to announce the joint Jewelrythis-Solidscape “The Spotlight is on You” 3D jewelry design contest. Jewelrythis and Solidscape, which develops and manufactures 3D printers for rapid prototyping and rapid manufacturing, have joined forces to launch a 4-month long 3D jewelry design contest. Each month there will be a new contest theme and each month we will pick a new winner.

Winner’s Award

Monthly winners will gain greater recognition in the jewelry world, will be spotlighted on Jewelrythis and Solidscape media, and will receive a jewelry design award from Jewelrythis and Solidscape.

Grand Prize

The grand prize, however, is that the monthly winners earn a chance to have their designs showcased at the Solidscape booth during Baselworld 2016, the world’s premier jewelry show. We will announce the final winner for this incredible honor in March 2016.

September’s “The Spotlight is on You” Theme

This month’s theme is autumn, so think about fall-related symbols such as acorn trees, oak trees, colored leaves, the harvest moon, pastoral scenes etc. (And here’s a heads up for you – next month’s theme is the fall harvest, so designs should focus on harvest themes such as cornucopias, leaves, fall fruits, vegetables, and plants etc). Feel free to enter the contest each month to increase your chance of taking first place!

How to Enter our “The Spotlight is on You” Contest

To enter our “ The Spotlight is on You” contest, simply login to your Jewelrythis account and submit your design. Designs for the Autumn themed contest must be submitted by Oct, 31, 2015 and should include the stl file and at least one render. You can upload one model per monthly contest.
