Carrie and the team at Jewelry This were incredible to work with on my fiancee's engagement ring. We created a custom piece that both fit my budget and is absolutely stunning! Carrie was extremely responsive throughout the customization process, and very patient with all my questions/concerns. At every step she presented me with options to make it our own, as well as her professional opinion for guidance. The final result was even better than I' could've imagined. I was initially hesitant to shop for such an expensive and important purchase exclusively online, but I'm so glad that I went this route! After the great service, experience and result with engagement ring, we will absolutely be working with Jewelry This again very soon to create the custom wedding ring to go with it!

I am beyond thrilled. 🤩 I love my new custom made pendant. Holly, the professional there, helped walk me through every step. I wear very minimal jewelry. And I was looking for one piece that really went with my mindset and heart. And that’s the sun. ☀️ I live in Florida and I love the warm weather. I love being sunny and upbeat. So I try to always “keep it sunny”. And I really wanted a piece that exemplified that. Holly heard my every dream and taught me new jewelry lingo because I didn’t even know what to call certain parts of the necklace. So it was also educational. They stayed within my budget. And it truly turned out better than I imagined. She also showed me progress at each step. I got the chance to choose my stones. And ultimately I had a final product. While I tried to stay sunny through the process I was a bit anxious bc I’d never done anything like this before. And I was not confident that it would turn out nice and I would have wasted my money and everyone’s time. Instead I got a beautiful piece that went far above my expectations. I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience has been absolutely amazing, I have wanted a Northstar pendant for a really long time. I Have not been able to find anything close to what I want. I wanted a charm to commemorate my doggy best friend who I recently lost. I had an idea in mind and Holly perfected it. It’s everything I could have wanted and the perfect tribute to Presley. She was bougie and would have been so proud of her diamonds! I cannot thank Holly enough for this piece. The pics don’t do it justice.

I had a pendant made to honor my deceased friends. I was amazed at how easy the process was from start to finish. I submitted my terrible art design and they cleaned it up for me and the rest was in their hands. They sent me many messages Updating me through the process and even a Starbucks gift card while I wait! The entire team did an amazing job on my pendant and I wear it every day. It truly captured what I envisioned.

Going into this process, there were a lot of doubts about the legitimacy of the service and the quality of the product, as this was something I had never done before. However, I ended up being impressed by the professionalism, patience, and communication and payment transparency updates that I received from both Holly and Jewelrythis throughout the whole process. From start to finish, Holly worked with me to understand what I wanted and the best ways to accomplish that vision while still being realistic. The end result was exactly what I envisioned and I have no complaints.
