I'm going to share something IMPORTANT about my experience with this company. If you're hesitating about buying from them, please read on: I chose to commission this company with the crafting of my wedding band. I was balling on a budget at the time, but I wanted something specific that no one else was offering. After I consulted with them, I paid the down payment. Over the next couple of weeks I received pictures and updates about how the cast was going: It looked amazing. They sent me pictures of the Alexandrite gem I requested in the center and it was exactly the cut I wanted. When I received it i was excited...until I opened the box and saw something not quite as amazing as I was looking for (The gem was held down by 2 shoddy soldering points, the gem was misaligned, and the bevels of the middle were deformed, See Pic 2). This left me heartbroken and disappointed. BUT, after not finding a "refund" section on their site, I decided to contact the rep. I was working with and pleaded my case. I showed them how the final product was unprofessional and not what they promised in the AutoCAD pictures/moldings. AND THEY REBUILT THE ENTIRE RING FOR ME FREE OF CHARGE! They didn't push back and defend their terrible work. They made it up to me in FULL! The next month I received my ring back in all of it's glory, crafted exquisitely and exactly how I envisioned it looking in real life!! I have incredible faith that this company will do whatever is necessary to make your dreams come true with whatever piece of jewelry you order from them.

Holly!!! I’m just so overwhelmed by the necklace every detail is just how I wanted it, dainty but sturdy with my personality. Even my husband who was skeptical of all this said that it is a beautiful necklace and he blushed at the heart with an R. I feel proud to wear it and somehow feel incredibly loved by it. Couldn’t imagine a better gift for my 40th. Thank you soooooo much ❤️

I am really pleased in many ways. The cost was way better than I expected. I got two estimates from locals and those were much higher. If yours had been commensurate, I would not have a new ring. The process was really good. I liked the single point of contact and you had great communications along the way. The approval step once my design was put into your system is vital. Once I got the ring, I was really impressed by the quality. It is TOP notch! I am very happy.

It seems silly for me to admit that a piece of jewelry had me feeling emotional but that is the case here. I loved my original bone pendant and it was with me for alot of memorable times in my life, so i was bummed when I lost it. The new bone pendant is perfect. JewelryThis created me a custom version of the ring I’ve worn for the last 18 years. This new version came out better than I could’ve imagined! They helped me add diamonds in the perfect place and made some minor adjustments to the design to improve it. I worked with the designer and she updated me every step of the way. The online platform they use to communicate with you is so seamless, it made the whole process incredibly easy.
