I’ve now had three custom pieces made through JewelryThis, and at this point I won’t go anywhere else. Each time I’ve worked with Sabrina, who is simply exceptional. She is patient, creative, and genuinely invested in getting every detail right. The pieces couldn’t be more different from one another: an American flag ring, a hoshen-inspired bracelet, and a Star of David pendant. All three came out beautifully. The craftsmanship is consistently excellent, and the communication throughout each project made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I was hesitant at first to go on this journey of a custom piece. Carrie made it SO EASY! She listened to every thing I wanted, even when I didn’t know the right verbiage, she accounted for my financés style and everything and offered some valued input that made this ring perfect. I came to Carrie with an idea to rework my existing wedding and engagement rings to something more unique and suited to my personality - but also to incorporate my mother's sapphires in some way. Carries was amazing, she had no problems re-designing after the first look wasn't quite what I wanted. She kept me up to date on all the progress and answered every silly question I had with care and without making me feel like I was pestering her. My rings came yesterday and I have never had such a beautiful piece of jewelry that is one of a kind and exactly what I wanted, no compromises. The 2.5 carat center stone she sourced is brilliant and perfect and incredibly affordable considering the size.
