Dawne, Today 10:26 am I am blown away by this company! I had my engagement ring reset in a different design and absolutely love it!!!! If you can dream it they can do it!!! Carrie was super responsive to every question (and I had many!), she was exceptionally patient and helpful with suggestions! They even shipped overnight priority so that I could have my ring for an event as promised, and also included a thank you gift!:) I wish I could give them 10 stars! You can absolutely trust Jewelrythis to give you the setting of your dreams!

Michelle and the team were excellent. The quality is great, and they stayed with me the whole way, updating me on every step. They were open to changes before it went into production, and Michelle made the piece feel just as important to her as it was to me. Hands down one of the best people I’ve dealt with. Amazing company.

I worked with JewelryThis to have a anniversary ring made for my wife. The process was very easy. The jeweler that I worked with (Michelle) was very helpful in answering all my questions about stones, different metals, sizing, etc. I was very impressed with how they were able to bring what I had in my mind to reality. I also appreciated that they did a lot of upfront work in understanding what I wanted before they asked for any type of payment. The payment to do the 3D rendering was reasonable and only after I approved everything to be made did they ask for payment on the ring. The whole process took about 2 months for me, probably because I asked a millions questions, but was still much quicker than I thought it would be. If you are looking to have something custom made give JewelryThis a shot.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Carrie on my engagement ring. My fiancé and I have been together for 8 years and have gone through hell together but have been by each others side 150%. I wanted something somewhat vintage-inspired, I wanted it to include my Hawaiian roots and I wanted his birthstone included in a hidden halo. She went above and beyond my expectations!! I bought a cheap but stylish men’s choker-style chain from a retailer I like. I got lots of compliments on it but wished it were of higher quality. I looked around and couldn’t find what I was looking for so I decided to try custom. I didn’t know any jewelry designers and decided to give Jewelrythis a chance after seeing the favorable reviews. While I initially wanted to get a higher quality replica of the original chain (silver instead of nickel), after going back and forth with Tricia, we came up with improvements on the length, finish, and design of the loops. I was very happy with the final result and would definitely use Jewelrythis again.

Dear Michelle, It looks just as I had hoped. I have not given it yet, so I cannot comment on how it was received. My initial intent was to give the gift in August, but a special party has been set for later this month to commemorate the closing of the store, so I am saving it for that occasion. I do not know where to start. They have gone above and beyond on my custom project. Tricia is a GEM. She took so much time and had so much patience to make sure everything was perfect. Just perfect. The craftsmanship & attention to detail is top tier. I could not believe they were able to create my design with working parts with such detail. I am blown away. Speechless.
