We’re back at it – using your feedback to improve the customer experience on Jewelrythis!

And we think we’ve done it! This time, we focused on streamlining and simplifying the Designthis, custom order process. It’s explained in today’s post below. Go ahead and give it a read, try us out, and let us know what you think. Your feedback is always important to us.

The major enhancement we’ve made is that you can now improve and refine your project description via a much simpler, three-step process. After you choose your project type, you will be directed to a page to upload your photos or sketches and give your project a name. Naming your project makes it easier for you to follow and locate it later.

After you’ve uploaded your files, you will then see a form to fill out that has important questions about your design. These questions help our supervisor and designer understand more accurately what you want as well as helps avoid the need for future revisions.

Below are examples of some of the improvements we have made such as the addition of easily identifiable icons for all stone settings, and ring shanks you can now choose from.

What else? You can also specify exactly the number of gems you want, or provide an approximate number. You can even leave it to the designer’s discretion, if you’re not sure yourself. The same goes for stone diameters – tell us exactly, give us an approximation, or leave it to the designer’s discretion!

We believe that these improvements will reduce the wait time between sending us your sketch and design ideas, and receiving your perfect jewelry model.

And, as always, once you have received and approved your model, you can choose to just download your CAD file, or continue with our Producethis service and have your jewelry piece printed, cast and finished all from the Jewelrythis platform.
