It wasn’t “love at first sight” for Matthew. Though his fiancée had already found a ring she adored, Matthew envisioned something bigger—something that would capture the depth of his love and their once-in-a-lifetime romance. He turned to one of the most iconic fairy-tale symbols for inspiration: Cinderella’s carriage. Matthew wanted a design that would symbolize not just their love, but the beginning of their own fairy tale.
After noticing his fiancée’s love for twists in metal and her deep appreciation for the stunning London blue topaz stone, Matthew knew he could take her vision one step further. He imagined an engagement ring that would feature delicate details—a ring that echoed the elegance of Cinderella’s carriage, while incorporating the beauty of the London blue topaz and diamonds. It was going to be a piece as unique and enchanting as their story.
Bringing the Vision to Life
Matthew worked closely with Tricia, his personal master designer, to bring his vision to life. Tricia helped him transform his ideas into a stunning reality, carefully incorporating his inspiration into every detail. Matthew was impressed by how Tricia understood exactly what he was looking for and created a design that was both elegant and deeply personal. “She took my inspiration for Cinderella’s carriage and made it something even more beautiful,” Matthew shared.
