Gold Letter D Lapel Pin — Cut-Out Initial Design

This lapel pin takes the shape of a single capital letter D, rendered as an open wireframe rather than a solid plate. The line work is kept uniform in thickness throughout the curve, giving the letter a clean, drafting-line quality rather than a bold monogram look. Cast in solid 10k yellow gold, the piece measures 1.5 inches tall and is fitted with a horizontal pin stem and clasp on the back, positioned along the vertical stroke of the letter so the closure stays hidden when worn. Initial & Heart Lapel Pin in White Gold with Rubies

This lapel pin takes the classic “I ❤ [Name]” motif and renders it as an open, see-through design in 14k white gold. The letters I and A are lined with small round natural diamonds, while the heart between them is densely set with natural rubies chosen for a rich, saturated red rather than the pinkish tone common to lab-grown material. The design went through a deliberate simplification: an early version had a solid background connecting all the elements, but the piece was reworked into a cut-out structure so the letters and heart connect directly to one another with no surrounding metal. Sized to about three-quarters of an inch — close to the size of a quarter — it’s built to be noticed without being oversized. The open structure keeps the piece feeling light while the pave and channel stone-setting keeps the sparkle dense across a small surface.
