I lost my favorite 18K gold necklace that was purchased by my Mom in Venice, Italy & I was so sad & down about. After some online research, I came across Jewelrythis. I was able to send them pictures of my lost necklace & pendant & from the pictures they created a 3D sketch for me too see & make any changes. They were very easy to work with & responded quickly each time. My pendant was created exactly like the original & they customized my 18k gold snake chain to match the pendant.
