My husband and I had an amazing experience working with JewelryThis. We used them to build a 30th year anniversary ring for me. I always wanted to build my ring and I was looking for a reputable company. I did some research and I found JewelryThis. I was a little nervous initially because all of the communication was via a messaging system. But I quickly started to feel comfortable after we messaged a couple of times. They assigned a representative that works with you through the entire process. She was so professional and her communication was exceptional - she kept me updated at every point that my ring was being created. I would definitely recommend JewelryThis to anyone who wants to buy or build their special piece of jewelry. I truly had a fun time building my ring! My ring turned out so beautiful, it was everything that I imagined it to be. My process took a few weeks, but it went faster than I expected. I plan to build another ring for my husband in the near future because the process was so seamless. I also want to mention that the quality of my ring is outstanding!

Last year, my husband upgraded my wedding ring. I wanted to have a pendant necklace created with the diamonds from my old ring. The design that they came up with is stunning. I love it so much. They kept me in the loop through the whole a process. The customer service was impeccable. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The company is overall great. It does a considerable amount of time to get your jewelry designed and made then shipped to you. But the quality is very nice and they are great about giving options and fittings budgets and really just anything vs my experience with other companies that have completely turned me down because I put in a budget on their online form. So if you have the time to wait, this is the go to place for your jewelry absolutely will be worth your money once your receive it.
