Carrie and the rest of the team at Jewelry This have been so wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about them. I sent a picture of what I was wanting and they had it done really quick and it was exactly what I wanted. When I got the ring and gave it to my now fiancé, the ring was a little snug. I reached out to Carrie and she immediately took action to get it resized and now I’m just waiting to receive the ring back. I highly recommend this company and will be coming back to them for all of my jewelry needs!!

I was looking for a place that could help me making an item of my significant others into a pendant, all I really knew is what I wanted when I wanted it and what it should look like. Sabrina at Jewelry This and her team helped me every step of the way our correspondence was never delayed accept for time zone difference of course! She let me know each step they took to turn my photo into the most amazing gift and I felt very involved in the process! Not to mention receiving my item exactly on time for my guys birthday! I will and have told everyone about Jewelry This and will definitely be using them again!!!! 💯 recommend

I could not be happier! I had been working with Tricia in this process, and she made my vision come true. I designed my wife's wedding ring and band with Tricia putting those thoughts into reality. I was not the easiest to work with. Tricia was patient, kind, and responsive. I needed a few corrections made over time and they did it without charge. I had my ring resized 3 times and the original design was altered for more stability. They made it happen without difficulty. We are so happy. I would recommend everyone to use this company. The quality is high and the craftmanship is flawless.

Sabrina helped me create a custom piece as a gift for my boyfriend and it came out absolutely beautiful. She was kind and super responsive to my questions. The recipient loved it and so did I!
