I ordered a custom piece for my wife for christmas. I was guided the whole way bringing the picture in my head to life. I absolutely love what was created. Would recommend this anyone. Yes it might be a little more expensive that the stores at the mall, but the craftsmanship and quality are top notch.

She asked me all the right questions to nail the precise design, size, metal, stones, and look, so that it would be exactly what I wanted. I'm amazed at how accurate the final product was relative to the initial design. It's exactly what I wanted.
