I recently received a custom necklace from Tricia, and I am absolutely blown away! The piece is stunning and exactly what I envisioned. It holds deep meaning for me, and I know it will be cherished for many years to come. The design process was thorough yet completed in a timely fashion, and Tricia’s craftsmanship and attention to detail are impeccable. The entire process was super easy, straightforward and enjoyable. From just having a thought and a couple of ideas they turned that into a sketch that was absolutely amazing, then with a few tweaks turned that sketch into a 3D rendition. From there they sent me an image of what it was expected to look like finished. And finally pictures of the finished ring before it shipped. There was great communication throughout the entire process making it easy to make suggestions and any changes. The price was also in line with what I got. Super great experience. Fully recommend!

Designing jewelry, especially when it is not for yourself, can be difficult. You change your mind and have to work on what you think "looks" best. Tricia and the team at JewelryThis was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to work with. Their process works very well to walk you through how to create your picture perfect custome piece.

Wow what an incredible experience we had with JewelryThis! Trying to find a reputable place to have our wedding bands made was such a headache until I stumbled upon this website. The reviews sold me so when I initially reached out to Carrie with my idea for my band she was so inviting and helpful with my idea and bringing it to life. We decided to also have my husbands band made and even engraved it. The care they took with the process and keeping us involved was so encouraging and the final product with the boxes and sweet notes inside made it feel so much more special. JewelryThis is FANTASTIC! I must admit i was at first skeptical and a little concerned trusting any company, with paying money upfront for an item ( you cant be too sure these days sadly ). But JT was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. They took great care and effort to bring an idea I had for my Wifes birthday, to life! My coordinator Tricia throughly explained the entire process of having a custom piece of jewelry made, step by step and in detail. Tricia was always very quick to respond and follow up, addressing any questions or concerns I had, as well as bringing up things I hadnt even considered regarding the design I wanted. JeweryThis went above and beyond to create and ship my custom piece, in time for my Wifes birthday. Even though I had only started this process about 3 weeks prior, they did all the could to meet the timeline and craft a gorgeous pendant necklace, to my specifications, that my Wife absolutely loves! NOT TO MENTION the elegance and quality of the presentation and packaging for the item. Hands down made this experience over the top 10/10. TL:DR - if you’re considering having a custom piece of jewelry made, i sincerely can recommend JewelryThis and I will myself most certainly be a returning customer based on this experience!

My partner and I came across JewelryThis during the search for a good custom jeweler option. The standard stores just didn’t have anything that fit our desires for an engagement ring. After setting up a profile we were paired with Carrie. From that point on all questions were answered in a way that made sense and more questions were encouraged. She really invited us into the process to ensure we were comfortable and confident with the perfect product we would eventually be receiving. After the weeks that followed during the production of the ring we were updated as it came together. The day came for it to arrive and my partner and I were left in emotional speechlessness.
