Jewelry This is by FAR the best custom design/jeweler I have ever used!!! From start to finish and even after the finished product, just a Class A service/communication and customer service company!!! Tricia was AMAZING and communicated every step of the process and even worked payments for a fixed income Veteran!!!! If you are wanting to design your own custom piece you MUST use Jewelry This!! Mahalo Nui Loa Tricia and Team simply amazing. Words cannot express the satisfaction I have for a piece that means the WORLD to me!!!

I gave them a drawing of a custom engagement ring I wanted and they literally brought it to life. They worked with me every step of the way and gave me plenty of option that fit my vision and my budget. They were kind, courteous, and always open to my input. Will definitely reach out to them again for more custom jewelry.

There are simply not enough good things I can say about the craftmanship and beautiful people that have made my visions come to life. My grandmother's necklace (who is no longer with us) was stolen from a family members home- which she wore on her wedding day. I sent all the photos I could muster up, and, Carrie made this diamond necklace and setting *exactly* like the photos....and, again, somehow, within my price range. I will be going to them for absolutely everything and will likely never buy from a fine jewelry store again. I couldn't recommend them more!

I did have one question, I saw mentioned in the package there is a service to get a matching wedding band or something of the sort, how does that work for future reference when it’s something we’ll be needing? The entire process was super easy, straightforward and enjoyable. From just having a thought and a couple of ideas they turned that into a sketch that was absolutely amazing, then with a few tweaks turned that sketch into a 3D rendition. From there they sent me an image of what it was expected to look like finished. And finally pictures of the finished ring before it shipped. There was great communication throughout the entire process making it easy to make suggestions and any changes. The price was also in line with what I got. Super great experience. Fully recommend!

Designing jewelry, especially when it is not for yourself, can be difficult. You change your mind and have to work on what you think "looks" best. Tricia and the team at JewelryThis was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to work with. Their process works very well to walk you through how to create your picture perfect custome piece.

Wow what an incredible experience we had with JewelryThis! Trying to find a reputable place to have our wedding bands made was such a headache until I stumbled upon this website. The reviews sold me so when I initially reached out to Carrie with my idea for my band she was so inviting and helpful with my idea and bringing it to life. We decided to also have my husbands band made and even engraved it. The care they took with the process and keeping us involved was so encouraging and the final product with the boxes and sweet notes inside made it feel so much more special.
