Carrie helped me recreate a necklace I had lost a few years back and had limited photos of to reference. She was so patient and thorough with me and kept me updated throughout the process! When she first seen it all she could say is wow wow wow. When she read the back she started to cry and she gave me a great big hug for a few minutes But Yes she loves it and she puts it on every day at night it goes back in it’s box. April 15, 2025: I sent them some property to have incorporated into a piece of jewelry. I was led to believe it could be incorporated, then later told it could not. I told them twice now in the past 24 hours to send it back. They have yet to acknowledge they are sending it back. I will continue to update this review as the issue progresses.
