I am really impressed by the finished product with JewelryThis. I found them online and was a little nervous about doing all of this online, but it worked out great. Ongoing communication was useful and they delivered a gorgeous ring. Highly recommend.

Lucinda at Jewelry This was AMAZING! I am a very selective customer who knows what I what. I searched numerous retailers and couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere. High end jewelers either told me it could not be made OR quoted me more than I paid JT. I had a quatrefoil flower station necklace made to be my EVERYDAY necklace. I sent an inspiration photo however I needed a different metal and chain type. It really helps to know what you are looking for as it expedites your project. Lucinda and her team were patient with me and sent my finished piece to me all the way to the opposite coast to test run and wear on my vacay before the final payment was made. This made me feel trusted as a consumer. The packaging was high end for gifting and the quality of the piece was beyond my expectations in terms of craftsmanship. The solid silver stations were thicker to my satisfaction. The CZ stations were very detailed with pilling design around the edges. When I needed some changes made, (larger CZ flower stations and a diamond cut chain) I sent it back at no cost. Her team went right to work to make my piece EXACTLY what I was looking for at a fair upcharge. I highly recommend JT and will definitely use them again in the future.

Jewelry This is by FAR the best custom design/jeweler I have ever used!!! From start to finish and even after the finished product, just a Class A service/communication and customer service company!!! Tricia was AMAZING and communicated every step of the process and even worked payments for a fixed income Veteran!!!! If you are wanting to design your own custom piece you MUST use Jewelry This!! I gave them a drawing of a custom engagement ring I wanted and they literally brought it to life. They worked with me every step of the way and gave me plenty of option that fit my vision and my budget. They were kind, courteous, and always open to my input. Will definitely reach out to them again for more custom jewelry.

There are simply not enough good things I can say about the craftmanship and beautiful people that have made my visions come to life. My grandmother's necklace (who is no longer with us) was stolen from a family members home- which she wore on her wedding day. I sent all the photos I could muster up, and, Carrie made this diamond necklace and setting *exactly* like the photos....and, again, somehow, within my price range. I will be going to them for absolutely everything and will likely never buy from a fine jewelry store again. I couldn't recommend them more!

I did have one question, I saw mentioned in the package there is a service to get a matching wedding band or something of the sort, how does that work for future reference when it’s something we’ll be needing?
