Lucinda and Jewelry This — thank you so much for recreating my special bunny pendant that I lost!! It’s unbelievable how strikingly similar it is to the original (even without high quality pictures). The details are impeccable and the final touches from the master engraver really made the little gold bunny come to life. It brought tears to my eyes when I could finally wear my bunny pendant around my neck again. So many thanks for the attention to detail, patience, excellent communication and most of all replacing something that was lost. ❤️ I hope I don’t lose anymore jewelry, but I would certainly recommend your company and jewelry process to friends and family!! The company is overall great. It does a considerable amount of time to get your jewelry designed and made then shipped to you. But the quality is very nice and they are great about giving options and fittings budgets and really just anything vs my experience with other companies that have completely turned me down because I put in a budget on their online form. So if you have the time to wait, this is the go to place for your jewelry absolutely will be worth your money once your receive it.

Carrie helped me recreate a necklace I had lost a few years back and had limited photos of to reference. She was so patient and thorough with me and kept me updated throughout the process! When she first seen it all she could say is wow wow wow. When she read the back she started to cry and she gave me a great big hug for a few minutes But Yes she loves it and she puts it on every day at night it goes back in it’s box.
