Absolutely awesome experience. I had a piece of meaningful jewelry in mind and they made it come alive. I had a dedicated professional working specifically with me to bring what I wanted to life which made it feel like it was important to them as well. I lost my favorite 18K gold necklace that was purchased by my Mom in Venice, Italy & I was so sad & down about. After some online research, I came across Jewelrythis. I was able to send them pictures of my lost necklace & pendant & from the pictures they created a 3D sketch for me too see & make any changes. They were very easy to work with & responded quickly each time. My pendant was created exactly like the original & they customized my 18k gold snake chain to match the pendant. I highly recommend them & will definitely be a returning customer.

The product turned out really great. The initial messaging back and forth was a bit slow but once I was serious about purchasing the communication was great. No complaints, great product to my exact specifications, and timely production. I would buy from them again!

My grandmother passed away this July and both my cousin and I wanted this necklace she always wore (like, every day). My cousin ended up getting it, since apparently my grandma had promised it to her years earlier, so I decided to get a duplicate. Jewelrythis was amazing and did such an incredible job replicating the pendant. Natalie was very prompt with her responses, and always made sure to clarify things with me before moving forward. This pendant means so much to me, and I'm so fortunate to have found this company, because they recreated it to a T (with a change in metal since my grandmother's is gold but I wear silver more), and were so lovely to work with. I would definitely use them again, and I can't recommend them enough!

The process is easy and they keep you in the loop the entire process. They re-made a army pendant that had broken over years of wear. They did an amazing job in the piece and gave me back something that meant very much to me.

I was initially a little hesitant about sending my diamond off to a company in CA that I found online - but decided it was better to take the chance and get a ring I would wear every day instead of having it just sit in my dresser. I'm so glad that I did. Tricia stayed in contact with me for every step. The designer was patient with me and seemed to intuitively understand what I was wanting through my very basic description and rough draft pictures. Every detail was covered and professionally thought out. I would feel confident in having their team work with any piece of jewelry, regardless of the monetary or sentimental value.

The fact that they took a design I created on photoshop and turned it into a real life piece is amazing in itself. The quality of the piece is impeccable. I just received my ring that I designed with the Jewelrythis team and I could not be a more satisfied customer. They were so helpful at each step of the process. I submitted a few photos and notes explaining what I wanted and they “got it” right away. They also completed it faster than anticipated without cutting any corners or sacrificing quality. I lost my mother July 6, 2019. That day my heart broke, I believe for the rest of my life. I am so amazed with this ring. My Broken Heart ring is exactly what I envisioned. It is beautiful, just like my mother. I Received it just before my birthday. I Love it.
