The design process was very smooth, and I received the sketches very quickly. Once I was satisfied with the design I approved the pendant, submitted payment, and waited patiently for my pendant to ship. I received updates frequently as it progressed, and they were quick to respond to any questions. I would very much recommend Jewelrythis for anyone who is looking to being their ideal piece to life.

I had a challenge in trying to replace a 10-year old pendant purchased for my son while on vacation in Germany. He really liked it, so much so that even after the silver finish had long ago rubbed off and another piece of it had broken off, he continued to wear it. After scouring the internet in search of a replacement for the last year plus, I found the good people at Jewelry This. Working with Carrie, I provided an old photo of my son wearing the pendant when it was new. Using the photo, Carrie was able to produce an exact match for the original, but a much greater quality pendant in solid sterling silver. My son was extremely happy (my wife and I surprised him with it). Carrie worked very closely with me to ensure every detail was accounted for and she got it just right. Working with Jewelrythis was amazing. I had wanted a piece to commemorate the birth of my daughter that could be worn everyday. I could not find a piece on other sites that embodied what I wanted. Then I found something similar and thought, "Can I get this made how I want?". Jewelrythis accomplished exactly what I asked for and was so easy. I will definitely be using them again.

It was a true pleasure working with the JewelryThis team! The process from start to finish was seamless with constant communication. I had a loose sapphire I had brought back from Sri Lanka that I wanted set in something beautiful to remember my trip by. They absolutely delivered! I live near San Diego so I went to the studio to drop off my stone though you can ship it to them as well if you have something you want set. While there, I was fortunate enough to meet the master jeweler, Aron Suley, and get his special touch on my piece! I had a vague idea and some era specific style ideas and they nailed it. The 3D renderings they sent before creating the physical piece really helped to know exactly what the finished product would look like. I had a very minor change I requested to which they were very accommodating. Once I approved the final design, I had my necklace in the mail before I knew it! Long story short, the process was painless and fun, and I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!
