Wow! I had never heard of Jewelrythis before. I had an idea for a very specific 925 sterling silver pendant for a sterling silver curb chain I have and i must have searched for 3 months and could not find what I was looking for. I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the search because I did not want to settle. I happened to come across Jewelrythis while searching google, knew nothing about the company, never heard of it before but, I figured I would give it a shot and see maybe if they could custom make what it was that I wanted. After filling out some basic information with a description of what I was looking to have done, they linked me up with one of their designers named Carrie, and after some messaging back and forth with Carrie, she designed a prototype and sent it to me and I was blown away. She nailed it! It was exactly what I was imagining in my head, and from that point she took me through a very short process, stayed in almost daily contact with me the entire time until the pendant was made and completed. They even worked with me on making payments instead of paying it all at once which was a huge help to me. Once it was finished, it was shipped to me Fedex and it was in my hands within 4 days and it looks incredible! Just a gorgeous piece and exactly how I wanted it. Came in a really nice jewelry box too (my wife took the box from me almost immediately after I removed the pendant.) Anyway, Jewelrythis was great and will be my first choice for any future custom made jewelry I may want in the future. They do great work, great experience, reasonable pricing, great customer service, fast delivery and 100% satisfaction! And if you're lucky enough to be assigned to Carrie she is awesome and has great vision!! Thank you again Jewelrythis great job!!

The craftsmanship is truly stunning. I have owned this pendant in yellow gold for 20 years and I consider it a family heirloom. I wanted to update this pendant in platinum. Carrie was amazing and was able to recreate the vision I had for this new item to perfection. This is my first time working with the company and will gladly continue to do business with them with future projects. The work they do is impecable and I lack enough words to praise them for everything they did, specially Carrie. Thank you for everything you did!

I found Jewelrythis via Google. They were very quick to respond to my message, and they were very quick to explain everything to me. The design process was very smooth, and I received the sketches very quickly. Once I was satisfied with the design I approved the pendant, submitted payment, and waited patiently for my pendant to ship. I received updates frequently as it progressed, and they were quick to respond to any questions. I would very much recommend Jewelrythis for anyone who is looking to being their ideal piece to life.

I had a challenge in trying to replace a 10-year old pendant purchased for my son while on vacation in Germany. He really liked it, so much so that even after the silver finish had long ago rubbed off and another piece of it had broken off, he continued to wear it. After scouring the internet in search of a replacement for the last year plus, I found the good people at Jewelry This. Working with Carrie, I provided an old photo of my son wearing the pendant when it was new. Using the photo, Carrie was able to produce an exact match for the original, but a much greater quality pendant in solid sterling silver. My son was extremely happy (my wife and I surprised him with it). Carrie worked very closely with me to ensure every detail was accounted for and she got it just right.
