Jewelrythis created a custom ring for our anniversary. Every step of the way, I had opportunities to ask as many questions as I could think of and the final product was truly unique to my specifications. All of this was within the budget that I had outlined at the beginning of the process. If you want custom jewelery, I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Discovered Jewelrythis by doing a google search, did a bit of research on them and then decided to contact them about a custom pendant. Carrie responded to me and assisted me with any and all questions I had. I sent her an image of a logo that I had an idea of turning into a pendant since I was in middle school and Carrie nailed it first try. I couldn’t be happier on how it turned out, thank you Carrie and all of the jewelrythis team that made my childhood logo come to life. I will definitely buy more custom pieces from you in the future!

The entire experience, from curious inquiry to proudly wearing my custom charm, was so gratifying. My designer was quick to respond and thorough in her explanations of the design process. She listened to my specific requests, gave me the opportunity for feedback though no modifications were needed because she captured my idea perfectly. This is a piece that I will treasure forever. What a first rate company.

My husband is a blue-collar, hardworking construction manager who works long hot hours in the Arizona desert. He was working on a new subdivision with nothing but dirt and giant land movers when his beloved silver elephant ring slipped off his finger. This ring meant more to him than his wedding ring because it signified eternal companionship and love, and it was now buried in acres of desert dirt. We looked for hours combing the desert and couldn’t find it. I figured no problem, we can re-create it with the same jeweler who designed it. Nope, out of business. Every other local jeweler I called had reasons not to do it - don’t work in that metal, not enough designers, not a big enough job … And then I contacted JewelryThis who put me in contact with a fabulous designer who duplicated it EXACTLY! They kept in contact throughout the process and sent updates and pictures along the way. It’s not too big of a statement to say that JewelryThis saved my marriage.

Excellent customer services throughout the entire process (shoutout to Carrie!) Everything is done through messages right on the website and they keep you updated the entire time. There was about a month of back and forth about the custom design of the ring, and that was only because of both sides were making sure the ring(s) design is exactly what you want. We were extremely happy with the results and glad to have a lasting matching set of bands personalized for us.

Wow! I had never heard of Jewelrythis before. I had an idea for a very specific 925 sterling silver pendant for a sterling silver curb chain I have and i must have searched for 3 months and could not find what I was looking for. I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the search because I did not want to settle. I happened to come across Jewelrythis while searching google, knew nothing about the company, never heard of it before but, I figured I would give it a shot and see maybe if they could custom make what it was that I wanted. After filling out some basic information with a description of what I was looking to have done, they linked me up with one of their designers named Carrie, and after some messaging back and forth with Carrie, she designed a prototype and sent it to me and I was blown away. She nailed it! It was exactly what I was imagining in my head, and from that point she took me through a very short process, stayed in almost daily contact with me the entire time until the pendant was made and completed. They even worked with me on making payments instead of paying it all at once which was a huge help to me. Once it was finished, it was shipped to me Fedex and it was in my hands within 4 days and it looks incredible! Just a gorgeous piece and exactly how I wanted it. Came in a really nice jewelry box too (my wife took the box from me almost immediately after I removed the pendant.) Anyway, Jewelrythis was great and will be my first choice for any future custom made jewelry I may want in the future. They do great work, great experience, reasonable pricing, great customer service, fast delivery and 100% satisfaction! The craftsmanship is truly stunning. I have owned this pendant in yellow gold for 20 years and I consider it a family heirloom. I wanted to update this pendant in platinum. Carrie was amazing and was able to recreate the vision I had for this new item to perfection. This is my first time working with the company and will gladly continue to do business with them with future projects. The work they do is impecable and I lack enough words to praise them for everything they did, specially Carrie. Thank you for everything you did!

I commissioned a piece for my wife for our 25th anniversary. The process was seamless. Communication with my designer was excellent. And in the end the piece was just what I had envisioned and my wife loved it. I highly recommend their aero.

The design process was very smooth, and I received the sketches very quickly. Once I was satisfied with the design I approved the pendant, submitted payment, and waited patiently for my pendant to ship.
