This company did an absolutely fantastic job on my ring. They were extremely helpful in every aspect of design and kept me informed every step of the way. I am so happy and pleased with the final result. I will most definitely recommend this company to my friends and family, should they be in need of creating or designing a piece for themselves. The price was extremely reasonable for a custom piece. A wonderful group of people to work with.

Carrie was amazing!!! My son wanted to save all his teeth for the tooth fairy to bring him a gold nugget instead of a prize for each individual tooth. I asked Carrie to create a gold tooth for the prize. The final piece was exactly what I wanted. It is awesome!!! Buying online (especially jewelry) is risky and sometimes scary so a big thank to JewelryThis for being an honest company.

Lost an earring that was precious to me (a wedding gift from my husband). I looked high and low but couldn't find any way to replace it. Found JewelryThis and sent them a photo, got a quote and wow, was so impressed with the result! I got my precious and special earrings back and I can wear them with the memories they carry!

Tricia worked with me on recreating a pendant my mother owned which was given to her by her grandmother in Italy. The pendant was stolen from my mother while in the hospital where she shorty thereafter passed away. I had a few pictures and relied on memory but was able to give enough detail for Tricia to recreate this piece. It is stunning! I treasure this piece and think of my beautiful mother when I wear it. Jewelrythis created a custom ring for our anniversary. Every step of the way, I had opportunities to ask as many questions as I could think of and the final product was truly unique to my specifications. All of this was within the budget that I had outlined at the beginning of the process. If you want custom jewelery, I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Discovered Jewelrythis by doing a google search, did a bit of research on them and then decided to contact them about a custom pendant. Carrie responded to me and assisted me with any and all questions I had. I sent her an image of a logo that I had an idea of turning into a pendant since I was in middle school and Carrie nailed it first try. I couldn’t be happier on how it turned out, thank you Carrie and all of the jewelrythis team that made my childhood logo come to life. I will definitely buy more custom pieces from you in the future!

The entire experience, from curious inquiry to proudly wearing my custom charm, was so gratifying. My designer was quick to respond and thorough in her explanations of the design process. She listened to my specific requests, gave me the opportunity for feedback though no modifications were needed because she captured my idea perfectly. This is a piece that I will treasure forever. My husband is a blue-collar, hardworking construction manager who works long hot hours in the Arizona desert. He was working on a new subdivision with nothing but dirt and giant land movers when his beloved silver elephant ring slipped off his finger. This ring meant more to him than his wedding ring because it signified eternal companionship and love, and it was now buried in acres of desert dirt. We looked for hours combing the desert and couldn’t find it. I figured no problem, we can re-create it with the same jeweler who designed it. Nope, out of business. Every other local jeweler I called had reasons not to do it - don’t work in that metal, not enough designers, not a big enough job … And then I contacted JewelryThis who put me in contact with a fabulous designer who duplicated it EXACTLY! They kept in contact throughout the process and sent updates and pictures along the way. It’s not too big of a statement to say that JewelryThis saved my marriage.

Excellent customer services throughout the entire process (shoutout to Carrie!) Everything is done through messages right on the website and they keep you updated the entire time. There was about a month of back and forth about the custom design of the ring, and that was only because of both sides were making sure the ring(s) design is exactly what you want. We were extremely happy with the results and glad to have a lasting matching set of bands personalized for us.
