Carrie and her team did wonders with the design and execution of my wife's wedding ring

They were able to custom manufacture a complicated item (a “Custom Pocket Watch Fob” in the shape of my Coat of Arms) exactly the way I had requested it. They were very helpful and sought input at each stage in the process with excellent communication. Every detail I requested was taken into account. The final product was shipped very fast in great packaging.

My wife and I wanted to design custom rings for our anniversary. Sabrina was amazing to work with, and the packaging is it's own display! Great prices, people, and speed!

JewelryThis does tremendous custom designs. I had a custom pendant made with some African country names. I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with the pendant and customer service I received. Sabrina and the designers at JewelryThis get a five-star rating from Wayne in Indiana.

Beautiful ring they made for me. They were able to get me what I wanted in terms of diamonds within my budget. Carrie was lovely and provided updates throughout the process. Will be using them again.

I never write reviews but working with Carrie at jewelrythis was insanely good. Not going to lie I was very skeptical since anything to do with pricy things such as jewels and diamonds got me pretty nervous, but choosing to trust and believe in them was the best decision I’ve made. From the first point of reaching out to them with nothing but some bullet point of ideas, to them using those bullet points to draw an insanely beautiful piece for me. I highly recommend using their services to bring any of your dreams related to jewelry to life. Also do not be afraid that it’ll be pricy obviously anything to do with jewel will cost a little but for the kind of products they produce the price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be using their services again.

JewelyThis is the best of the best! I am often skeptical of any online company providing jewelry service without seeing it in person. I started the online process, the customer service and communication response time is second to none. I noticed that their physical location was in my area so I took a visit. They welcomed me and assured me of their online process. From start to finish on design, rendering and delivery, they communicated every step of the way with excellent photos and descriptions. My piece turned out exactly as I requested. I was however not 100% satisfied...NOT because of the company--completely my fault because I wanted my piece to be bigger than initially requested. With their excellent customer service, they took care of my desire to make the piece larger. We were able to recreate the piece even better than I could have imagine and were able to use the material of the original piece to save costs. The outcome of the second go-around was a masterpiece! 1000% satisfied customer and looking to do more work with them in the near future. Thank you so much to the whole team!!
