The details are impeccable and the final touches from the master engraver really made the little gold bunny come to life. It brought tears to my eyes when I could finally wear my bunny pendant around my neck again. The company is overall great. It does a considerable amount of time to get your jewelry designed and made then shipped to you. But the quality is very nice and they are great about giving options and fittings budgets and really just anything vs my experience with other companies that have completely turned me down because I put in a budget on their online form. So if you have the time to wait, this is the go to place for your jewelry absolutely will be worth your money once your receive it.

They provided exactly what I designed and provided enoough proofs to make chages before the final product was produced. Very good service and would recommend to anyone if you want good quality and options.

After many conversations over 2 days on a very simple men's ring I wanted designed where I would provide the diamond, then no response at all. Just left me hanging. Very unprofessional.
