After many conversations over 2 days on a very simple men's ring I wanted designed where I would provide the diamond, then no response at all. Just left me hanging. Very unprofessional.

When she first seen it all she could say is wow wow wow. When she read the back she started to cry and she gave me a great big hug for a few minutes But Yes she loves it and she puts it on every day at night it goes back in it’s box. April 15, 2025: I sent them some property to have incorporated into a piece of jewelry. I was led to believe it could be incorporated, then later told it could not. I told them twice now in the past 24 hours to send it back. They have yet to acknowledge they are sending it back. I will continue to update this review as the issue progresses.

Carrie and her team did wonders with the design and execution of my wife's wedding ring

They were able to custom manufacture a complicated item (a “Custom Pocket Watch Fob” in the shape of my Coat of Arms) exactly the way I had requested it. They were very helpful and sought input at each stage in the process with excellent communication. Every detail I requested was taken into account. The final product was shipped very fast in great packaging.

My wife and I wanted to design custom rings for our anniversary. Sabrina was amazing to work with, and the packaging is it's own display! Great prices, people, and speed!
