I am so incredibly pleased with the outcome of my ring. My ring was stolen and I only had a blurry picture for them to work from. The ring was over 50 years old and very precious to me. They recreated the ring and with some feedback from me they were able to make the ring almost identical to the one that was stolen. I highly recommend JewelryThis to anyone who needs something replicated or even if you have a vision of what kind of jewelry you would like made. The turnaround time was pretty quick, once the design was finalized. They are professional, patient (I questioned everything), and very creative.

I was looking for a custom made pendant for my gold chain/necklace. But I didn't want anything cheesy or custom. Glad I found JewelryThis. The process is a perfect fit for those looking to bring their custom designs to life. I worked with Carrie. She was patient, responsive, made great suggestions, and paid attention to details. They spell the process out plainly and getting started on a design is super easy and doesn't require a ton of "signing your soul away" before getting engaged with the JewelryThis team. I would def use them again and would def recommend them to others. Already brainstorming my next custom jewelry idea.

JewelryThis does good work. The entire experience, and especially the final product, were exactly what I was looking for. They communicate well, do as much hand holding as necessary to walk you through the options, and perhaps most importantly, met the deadline we agreed upon when I first made the deposit. Be sure and give them at least a month, if not more, as these are custom pieces.

JewelryThis took an idea I had on a ring and produced a beautiful red bag for me. Working with them was easy and they listened to all the details I wanted in my ring. Tricia kept me informed about the process and sent pictures as well as models of what my ring would look like. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them. I worked with Carrie from this company and was extremely satisfied! She replicated a ring I loved that I bought in Barcelona but was made of cheap material. She reproduced it exactly and with precious metal and it is everything I wanted it to be and more. I would definitely recommend and use them again:)
