I had an amazing experience having my design come to life. I’m an artist and designer and having professional jewelry designers to work with to make my highly detailed drawings come to life was a dream come true. Working with metal and stone is not my area of expertise so I knew I could leave some of it to their creative decision and honestly it came out true to my imagination with their expertise suggestions. The process was so seamless too. They designed this UX experience so well. You work with one designer through the entire process from ideation to delivery in a messaging format. Impeccable!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Contacted them to try and remake a lost ring I was absolutely devastated about…they usually work from photos, but after combing through 10+ years’ worth of iPhone pics, I couldn’t find one, despite how often I used to wear it. Nevertheless, after many rounds of conversation, sharing of photos, and even my completely inept sketches, they made me a ring that’s probably 90% of the way there to the exact item I lost. It’s incredible. And it’s also a very high quality piece of jewelry on its own! They even sourced a center stone for me and showed me a dozen options to choose from, so my type A micromanager self was thrilled. Couldn’t recommend more!

The pendant I ordered wasn't 100% what I originally wanted, but it turned out even better than what I was initially going to do. I was asked the right questions, given the information I asked for, and the pendant was absolutely perfect when I got it in. The pictures don't do it justice.

I had the best experience working with Carrie on my engagement ring. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and Carrie improved the design significantly and was full of advice along the way. The ring was a huge success

I had been looking for a new setting for a while and after no luck finding it in the wild, decided to get it custom made. Aron immediately understood the intent behind my inspiration photos and quickly balanced my aesthetic desire with structural integrity. From start to finish Carrie maintained constant contact with me, answered all of my questions and, upon my request, scheduled an appointment for me to get my stone set in person. I was lucky enough to have Aron be the one to set my stone and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

I am very pleased and in fact composed a message as soon as I opened the package and put the ring on. I was almost in tears! But, something happened that prevented that message from going through. Having never delved into creating a unique one of a kind jewelry piece, I was amazed at the care put forth to absolutely ensure the perfect piece was acquired with all the attributes desired. It’s been an absolute pleasure from start to finish, and cannot think of even one thing that could’ve been better.

I was nervous at first to order custom jewelry online, but Tricia made the process so easy and walked me through the entire journey! I ordered a custom chain with a pendant for my husband.
