My son inherited my grandmothers pendant when she passed. The pendant had been gifted to her by her grandmother. Who had, in turn, inherited it from her grandma. Needless is to say, it had been in our family for at least 500 years. It had an imagine of St Rocco on one side and Virgin Mary on the other side. My son lost it one day and he has never forgiven himself for that. We looked everywhere for something similar to replace it to no avail. We found this website and trusted them with the only existing picture of the pendant. JewelryThis not only created an identical piece, they did it by involving me on the process every step of the way. When I gave it to my son, he cried. His words “where did you find it?” It is so similar to the original that he couldn’t tell it as a replica. Thank you, JewelryThis for this gift.

I could tell you my long story that lead me to JewelryThis, but I would rather focus on the way they dealt with the recreation of a costume ring, to one that I could pass on to my children. My wife loved her horse Mobil which we lost to old age several years ago. For our 25th wedding anniversary I wanted to get a unique necklace for my wife. I lost my mother’s ring in the ocean. Instead of replacing it with the exact same ring I decided to custom design one. My son is a Marine and I wanted to integrate that part of my motherhood. Carrie got to know my interests and sent me ideas. She was so patient as we waited on my son to graduate training in order to confirm his MOS symbol. She was also patient with my many changes. My ring is more perfect than I would have ever imagined it would be. I absolutely love it and will be using JewelryThis again in the future.

I have felt touched and uplifted by her kindness and care, her ability to read between the lines, to ask helpful questions and to assist us in clarifying what would be most appreciated in the jewelry piece we were co-creating. Due to a change in circumstances on my side, it was no longer appropriate to continue with the project. I felt bad. Carey had invested so much time and loving attention.
