I was nervous at first to order custom jewelry online, but Tricia made the process so easy and walked me through the entire journey! I ordered a custom chain with a pendant for my husband. I was involved in the entire process from start to finish, and many images and details were provided to help guide me along the way. I can't say enough good things about the service Tricia provided as well as the quality and beauty of the final product. I absolutely will be using them for custom jewelry needs in the future and recommend you do too!

This is a remarkable company. I worked with them to design an engagement ring around an unusual gemstone and shape. I couldn't be more thrilled with the work they did. While I felt apprehensive making such a large purchase online, Carrie and the rest of the team were responsive, detailed, and sensitive to my timeline. All in all, the process took about five or six weeks. Before working with them, I considered several other jewelers, including some big ecommerce competitors. Looking back, I am so glad to have gone custom. After just a week or so, the piece has already received numerous compliments. I'm excited to work with them again for the bands, and will come to JewelryThis first if I ever have another custom jewelry project.

Wow this is a gorgeous work, thank you very much!! A Medallion fit for the Chancellor of Cypher Univercity! The emblem is for our brother SaySo who passed away after we founded our organization, he designed it as a tatoo which is a stylized arabic cipher meaning “Umi” or “Mother” It means a great deal to us and I am incredibly pleased with the product! My son inherited my grandmothers pendant when she passed. The pendant had been gifted to her by her grandmother. Who had, in turn, inherited it from her grandma. Needless is to say, it had been in our family for at least 500 years. It had an imagine of St Rocco on one side and Virgin Mary on the other side. My son lost it one day and he has never forgiven himself for that. We looked everywhere for something similar to replace it to no avail. We found this website and trusted them with the only existing picture of the pendant.
