JewelryThis is an amazing company who I hired to make a custom gold pendant for my daughter. She is a dancer so the pendant represented her first dance shoes (latin dance heels) The quality of details is amazing. It looks like a real thing even though its a size of dime. I had a great experience communicating with the designer and even better with the outcome of the product! Couldn't be happier!!!

I initially reached out to Jewelry This with a project idea but I wasn't sure if I was ready to commit yet, especially because I am located out-of-state. After talking for a bit with Carrie I felt much more comfortable and excited about moving forward with the project. The communication and partnership I experienced were really great, I especially appreciated that they sent the molds in the mail for me to try on. They really made this process an easy one, especially doing it 100% remote.

Wonderful experience recreating my grandmothers ring that I unfortunately lost two years ago. They worked with 2 images I had when I wore the ring and some of my sketches from what I remember. They took their time to ensure I was happy with their render and the size. They even have different payment options to ensure you can get your piece started asap. I was so impressed when i received the final product. They really care about your individual piece and it reflects in the finished work. I didn’t expect them to get this recreation so perfectly. I’m so happy at how beautiful and elegant my ring looks. Like it was never lost. Warms my heart to see it again, I’m so greatful to this company and the team behind creating my ring. Thank you! I’d had a family heirloom stolen and couldn’t bear the thought of having to retell the devastating news over and over, so I sent the only photo I had inquiring if we could replicate this precious piece and WOW did JewelryThis come through! I couldn’t be happier with my work of art and the team were very communicative each step of the way. There are loads of options for your taste as well as for your budget! I'm going to share something IMPORTANT about my experience with this company. If you're hesitating about buying from them, please read on: I chose to commission this company with the crafting of my wedding band. I was balling on a budget at the time, but I wanted something specific that no one else was offering. After I consulted with them, I paid the down payment. Over the next couple of weeks I received pictures and updates about how the cast was going: It looked amazing. They sent me pictures of the Alexandrite gem I requested in the center and it was exactly the cut I wanted. When I received it i was excited...until I opened the box and saw something not quite as amazing as I was looking for (The gem was held down by 2 shoddy soldering points, the gem was misaligned, and the bevels of the middle were deformed, See Pic 2). This left me heartbroken and disappointed. BUT, after not finding a "refund" section on their site, I decided to contact the rep. I was working with and pleaded my case. I showed them how the final product was unprofessional and not what they promised in the AutoCAD pictures/moldings. AND THEY REBUILT THE ENTIRE RING FOR ME FREE OF CHARGE! They didn't push back and defend their terrible work. They made it up to me in FULL! The next month I received my ring back in all of it's glory, crafted exquisitely and exactly how I envisioned it looking in real life!! I have incredible faith that this company will do whatever is necessary to make your dreams come true with whatever piece of jewelry you order from them.
