JewelryThis is FANTASTIC! I must admit i was at first skeptical and a little concerned trusting any company, with paying money upfront for an item ( you cant be too sure these days sadly ). But JT was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. They took great care and effort to bring an idea I had for my Wifes birthday, to life! My coordinator Tricia throughly explained the entire process of having a custom piece of jewelry made, step by step and in detail. Tricia was always very quick to respond and follow up, addressing any questions or concerns I had, as well as bringing up things I hadnt even considered regarding the design I wanted. JeweryThis went above and beyond to create and ship my custom piece, in time for my Wifes birthday. Even though I had only started this process about 3 weeks prior, they did all the could to meet the timeline and craft a gorgeous pendant necklace, to my specifications, that my Wife absolutely loves! NOT TO MENTION the elegance and quality of the presentation and packaging for the item. Hands down made this experience over the top 10/10. TL:DR - if you’re considering having a custom piece of jewelry made, i sincerely can recommend JewelryThis and I will myself most certainly be a returning customer based on this experience!

JewelryThis was able to take my ideas for something very special and make it a reality exceeding my expectations. I was partnered with Carrie to take my vision of a special ring from idea to final piece and she was always there to give guidance and translate my ideas into the perfect work of art. The ring we created is unlike any other and the unique design will convey the message of a special love that it was intended for.

My partner and I came across JewelryThis during the search for a good custom jeweler option. The standard stores just didn’t have anything that fit our desires for an engagement ring. After setting up a profile we were paired with Carrie. From that point on all questions were answered in a way that made sense and more questions were encouraged. She really invited us into the process to ensure we were comfortable and confident with the perfect product we would eventually be receiving. After the weeks that followed during the production of the ring we were updated as it came together. The day came for it to arrive and my partner and I were left in emotional speechlessness. The mirror polish of the metal, the settings were perfect, the stones were flawless in every way. We couldn’t be more impressed, grateful, and pleased with the amazing job well done. I lost my wedding set, and decided to go back and get my very first original remade (those were CZ so that I could choose my rings later, not the set I lost..) I wanted similar but with some changes and Oh my goodness did they hit it out of the park! My rings are unique, beautiful, and still remind me of the very first ring that was ever put on my finger way back in 2010. Carrie was a joy to work with and the price was quite fair for custom!
