Working with Carrie, I provided an old photo of my son wearing the pendant when it was new. Using the photo, Carrie was able to produce an exact match for the original, but a much greater quality pendant in solid sterling silver. My son was extremely happy (my wife and I surprised him with it). Carrie worked very closely with me to ensure every detail was accounted for and she got it just right.
