This company was AMAZING to work with. I specifically worked with Carrie. Boy oh boy she did not disappoint. I am not the easiest customer since I ask lots of questions and am always wanting an update but I got all the info I needed usually same day. This custom ring means a lot to me and my wife as it has all three of our birthstones on it (mine, my wife’s, and our first and only child). I’ll definitely be working with them again in the future. All I can say to the JewelryThis team is THANK YOU. I can’t wait to see my wife’s face when I give this to her this weekend.

I worked with Tricia through the process of designing a custom piece in memory of my mom and she was wonderful to work with! Great advice and timely in her responses. The pendant and necklace arrived a couple of weeks back and it looks even better than it did on the renderings! This was a very special piece for me and they made it extremely easy and enjoyable throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am so incredibly pleased with the outcome of my ring. My ring was stolen and I only had a blurry picture for them to work from. The ring was over 50 years old and very precious to me. They recreated the ring and with some feedback from me they were able to make the ring almost identical to the one that was stolen. I highly recommend JewelryThis to anyone who needs something replicated or even if you have a vision of what kind of jewelry you would like made. The turnaround time was pretty quick, once the design was finalized. They are professional, patient (I questioned everything), and very creative.
